If you want to access resources and support for various areas of life, we can help you. We offer FAF Community Care, a service that provides a resource platform that contains all of the most relevant and useful information about state, federal, and community programs, other nonprofits, corporation programs, and information that relates to financial assistance, food assistance, medical assistance, house assistance and anything else an underserved community needs.
What we offer
Financial Assistance
We can help you access financial assistance for various needs, such as paying bills, rent, mortgage, taxes, debts, or emergencies. We work with state, federal, and community programs that provide grants, loans, subsidies, or vouchers for people in need.
Food Assistance
We can help you access food assistance for various needs, such as getting groceries, meals, snacks, or vouchers. We work with state, federal, and community programs that provide food stamps, WIC, school meals, food pantries, or meal delivery for people in need.
Medical Assistance
We can help you access medical assistance for various needs, such as getting health insurance, health care, prescriptions, or dental care. We work with state, federal, and community programs that provide Medicaid, Medicare, CHIP, health clinics, or prescription assistance for people in need.
Housing Assistance
We can help you access housing assistance for various needs, such as finding affordable housing, preventing eviction or foreclosure, repairing or improving your home, or relocating to a safer place.
