If you want to enroll in our Professional Pathways service, you can choose from the following options:
Individual Coaching
This is a personalized coaching service that focuses on your specific needs and goals. You will be matched with an experienced coach who will guide you through the process of identifying your strengths, interests, challenges, and opportunities. You will also receive support and advice on how to pursue your desired career path, education path, or business venture.
Group Coaching
This is a collaborative coaching service that allows you to learn from and interact with other participants who share similar goals and challenges. You will be part of a small group of peers who will meet regularly online with a coach to discuss various topics related to personal and professional development. You will also benefit from the feedback, encouragement, and accountability of your group members.
Business Consulting
This is a collaborative coaching service that aims to help new business owners and entrepreneurs create a foundation built for success. In this free service provided by the Ministry, the Consultant will work one on one with the business owner(s) to help them
1. Develop a business plan and start and LLC.
2. Create a website and advise them on technical decisions to help improve business efficiency.
3. Create social media handles and provide the resources and tools to be successful in campaign development and management.
4. Audit existing digitial and print collateral and provide feedback and constructive suggestions.
5. Create the confidence to manage the business more efficiently and with less stress.
